Free
classes are being
offered in three locations throughout the Auglaize / Mercer County area.
Classes are held at the
following locations:
St. Marys
- in the basement of St. Paul's United Church of
Christ ( Entrance is on the corner of Ash and High Streets)
Wapakoneta -
in the basement of the Auglaize County Public Library
Celina-
at the Central Services Building, located on
Livingston Street.
The ABLE program offers basic skills in reading,
math, and writing; GED preparation including the official GED practice
tests; refresher or remedial courses for those with high school diploma or
GED and English to speakers of other languages.
Adult education classes are funded through
a grant from the Ohio Department of Education and the federal government.
